The fish eye effect is wonderful in this piece. I love your detailed work of the foreground and background. It feels like a real busy place. I love the cat character, especially. She's looking right at me.
Wonderful work on the lines as well, the hatching is wonderful and brings out some interesting texture and details, especially in the ears.
What kind of ink did you use? Did you have any guides to making the fish eye effect?

Only line art is used analog ink . color is photoshop
I draw fish eye effect by freehand ,but I use pertheditor (http://www33.atwiki.jp/kndy/pages/47.html) to collect line.

It's very pretty, and the perspective with the slight curve makes it feel like a more real view in some ways and makes it much prettier too.

I've had this saved in my inspiration folder for ages, but couldn't find the original until now. It's wonderful art! Love the fish eye effect and the line work and the composition, and of course the character is adorable... So many things go right here that it doesn't even need color to be one of my favorites.
