Seeing as it all went to her belly, that's probably a good idea. You don't want it to all be concentrated in the belly, because that means you've got a lot of visceral fat which isn't good. Whereas if it's spread out more evenly, it's subcutanious fat and thus mostly harmless.

"Too fat?" Tell that to Winry. She can literally grow as fat as she wants, and nobody says she's too fat. So don't feel ashamed, Neve. If Winry can be as big as she wants, I don't see why you can't.
