I'm a little confused here, are you trying to claim that some kinkplay roleplay stuff gives you full IP rights to someone's character? Any contract lawyer would burst out laughing.

This just reads like an attempt at public shaming and holding stuff over somebody elses head. Pretty lame. A kink contract is as binding as wet toilet paper.

I don't see why you all have to get pissy. It was a honest spur of the moment thing some people make mistakes and something can mean more to someone than the other. They worked it out that's the end to this. I hope kal and vlad are good and look forward to seeing post from both of them in the future. ^w^

tbh ctf is fun to the point where stuff like this actually becomes nice and pretty much sought out by people, though i dont think that one or the other side is wrong though i do have an opinion of my own

problem is it leaves out other people that are into things like these to stop and wonder why thats happening, making them have less chances of making fun stuff like this happen :3

So since I posted this a few things happened. Kal says he dealt with it... they didn't.
To put it in a summary:
Was his idea, teasing into it. When discussed they understood what the thing entailed at the start, said it was a fair contract. It happens. Then they pretty much ghost you.
I talked to Kal after all of this, since that's what it took for Kal to contact me, they said they wanted to rebuild the bridge.
By which they simply deleted all histories, and made a public show of saying "I deleted all my useless contacts off of my list".

It stops these things from happening, because of people like that for one. Others stop doing it because people don't want any sort of connection, just a "make me your dick". And then there's also people who just don't care who they dick, at which point the question is... is something like a contract even necessary when it was a throw-away to begin with?

For me it honestly doesnt matter whether something is digital, for fun or just a joke but some things are just too much. For example if one friend makes a joke about you and you and your friend group dont take this seriously then its a joke as it is, if you come up to someone random and joke about them theyll just stop replying at all, and if someone you know well tells you a joke about what you did you should consider it a real deal. Maybe contracts for most randoms are like the joke but actually being willing to do it and being the first one to propose it makes things look like they never gave a damn about them.
Though im not saying contracts are bad or good i do still think there are true enjoyers like me that like the idea and actually follow that idea and hope for things like these to happen to em. So for short i look forward to seeing you actually met someone like that in the near future since it is quite fun to see and do :3

I don't need to twist anything. The fact of the matter, and why this is staying up, is on what you did.
You just proved that you were never interested in rebuilding anything, or mending things.
You simply deleted the histories by the next day, and that just cemented things.

At the end of the day, I was bending over backwards to make it work, and you would just ignore, 'forget', or dismiss it when brought up.
