Following the success of the TIE Solar, the decision was made to create a variant of the TIE Solar based off of the TIE/in and the TIE Stellar was born. The TIE Stellar had all the same care and consideration that went into the TIE Solar poured into it, the end result was the well loved TIE Stellar. Capable of utilizing it's four laser cannons with and without the S-Foils deployed, the TIE Stellar was a dangerous craft to its enemies while being a faithful craft to its allies. After the Battle of Endor, the TIE Stellar and TIE Solar would make names for themselves on board reconstituted Clone Wars vessels in the name of the rapidly fracturing Empire, some would even make careers for their pilots in the racing scene decades later.
