Lightly Curled Around The Wrist is just one of the many Secretaries, a mysterious and physics-defying race of seemingly immortal beings assumed to be extradimensional in origin. while they vary quite a bit in both anatomy and personality, their ornate "angelic" aesthetic is a shared trait among all of them. this particular Secretary's name being so unwieldy and inscrutable is... actually the norm, but the names can vary quite a bit in gravitas, for lack of a better term. one has to assume that the Secretaries named things like "Recombobulation Area" or "Absently Tilting To One Side" are significantly easier to get along with than this ruthless, domineering authoritarian and her godlike ego...

...she's pretty evil but still kissable. one of multiple reasons why it's great that she's fictional!
