As someone who is always looking to draw in new friends to the wonderful world of Tickling, Violette jumped at the opportunity to have an old-fashioned slumber party at Anne's house and bring along her shy fox friend Laurel. She'd been trying to nudge Laurel into trying out some tickly activities, and this was the perfect chance to get her to give it a shot around friends and fursons she trusts! Once the night gets started, it doesn't take much convincing at all for Vi to get the girls to try out some of the 'party favors' she brought along. Of course, they don't quite account for Laurel's quirk of turning invisible when she gets nervous or embarrassed, but that doesn't seem to be stopping anybody...


So, a slightly different style of picture for me, but I was really taken by the idea of drawing some of my female characters in different outfits while also spotlighting a character that I really haven't drawn much before. Laurel (the fox being tickled) is a close friend of Violette's and, just like Vi has abnormally large feet, Laurel has the abnormal ability to turn herself invisible. There's a whole story behind how and why their bodies were changed, but all we need to know here is that Laurel can turn invisible on command, and also has a habit of doing it by accident whenever her emotions get the better of her. I thought that would be very fun to show while she's being tickled, and also just make for a cute scene overall :)
Also, I think this is the first time that Anne (the mouse holding the tools) has appeared in my gallery in a tickle pic. Neat! Charlotte there is no stranger to this situation, though.
