“Such a pretty structure, isn’t it ? As you can see, it’s a bit hurt but its vitals aren’t otherwise engaged, I think. I had business there a few cycles ago and Brynhildr kindly offered to fly me...Anyways. This is where masses for Zéphyr are held, and where druids overwhelmed by Shrouding are brought in by Lunar Cult chaplains. So yes, technically, it's a mass graveyard and a place of worship all rolled in one - a place of either silent contemplation or fervent prayer; there’s no inbetween.”

I wonder about the sun's position.
Usually, sacred and revered sites like this, would be built according to the cardinal directions. They'd usually open up to the east or west to have the sunlight come in, in an intentionally engineered way.
Might this be around the time of a solstice?, with the sun being angled like that from the entrance? Maybe it's straight-on at an equinox?
But this bearing from the entry path, assuming this day is near a solstice, would mean that the latitude is more temperate than equatorial as the environment here would suggest...
*sigh* A geology degree made me so analytical... But I still love this setting! n.n
