Drew some Dungeons and Dragons NPCs from the basis campaign "Dragon of Icespire Peak" that my players have encountert by now.
Harbin Wester is the mayor of the village of Phandalin, he is a useless, opportunistic coward, in short a politician. He is also the questgiver of the campaign.
The character belongs to Wizards of the Coast, this is merely my interpretation of him.
