Kinda a old picture now but I recently picked it up and inked and colored it( I think it is around 6-7 months old). . So yeah he is a Pigeon Bounty hunter and yes that is a revolver holstered to his side. It`s on a rotating link to the strap so he literally spins it holster and all around to face the barrel foreword and pulls the trigger with his foot XD
