Leland is my sexy cop guy for the Silent Hill story myself and a couple of others are taking part in.

Here is before he heads off to Silent Hill after Garfield (who belongs to CG). I imagine he's in trouble with the Captain for disobeying orders to leave Garfield alone (Leland's very suspicious of Garfield, even if he hasn't done anything out in the open just yet). As you can tell, Leland is not amused.
