You know what I love most about your comic?
You take the time to explore the characters and how they handle/cope with events in the plot. You've mastered the art of displaying and evoking so many human elements and experiences that anyone could relate to this. The sadness of losing everything, the anger towards injustice, and the despair from not being able to do anything about it.
But there is more. There is happiness to be reclaimed in a new family, nobility in small victories, and above all, there is hope. Hope that heroes can defeat the oppressing darkness and bring back the dawn.
How are you doing? Is your father going to be alright?

That is true ... unless he's inspired to make another one. Still that Pearl can go for quite a sum or can use it to befriend Tuskin Raiders (Ylva would probably definitely trade it for a sand hoverbike)
Regardless, still interested to see what he'll use for his incognito identity: blasters, vibroblades, stun batons, energy staffs, energy tonfas, a reinforced rope/chain (dart/sickle), some form of Star Wars Kenpo, etc.
One a side note: Welcome back, hope all is well. :)

A small thing perhaps though in a way it's perhaps a hopeful sign that at least Voolvif Monn can find some relief in expressing all the grief, anger, sadness and pain in a howl, to at least acknowledge it rather than allowing it to fester. Perhaps also a sign that he's taking a small step on a new path and that he's not denying the emotion as the Jedi teachings might proclaim but expressing it as a Shistavanen would, letting it out, not brooding upon it and so maybe showing that Voolvif is stepping away a little now from a possible fall to the Dark Side.
The pack, the family will be waiting there and perhaps Voolvif will go back to them once he's ready and will allow Garwaff to hug him. He's fallen so far, come so close to death, lost everything but I would see this as the moment he's laying on the floor but very slowly and painfully beginning to clamber back to his feet.
Though a little lightness with the reactions of the startled Jawas, the grumbling bantha and that Tusken managing to expressively convey surprise even while masked, and again very nicely portrayed with the details of the bantha, Tuskens and Jawas.
Elsewhere on Tattooine, perhaps Obi-Wan Kenobi might for just a moment sense a faint disturbance in the Force, a slight ripple of Voolvif's emotions and Force presence if just faint. Though Lak Sivrak would be on Uvena Prime, most likely still a cub I wonder if there might be a lone Shistavanen scout in a Mos Eisley cantina whose ears might twitch as they pick up a faint sound and feel a sudden urge to howl.
