A hippo from Senegal, Ousmane owns the biggest record company in the H-AC. The musical talent he employs spans all across different genres and reaches many different crowds, ensuring that almost any kind of listener can find an artist among his lineup they can enjoy. His artists frequently break records on both streams and ticket sales for concerts. Ousmane is somewhat infamous for his not-so-secret office trysts and a rather risque personal life in general. He's a jolly, often guffawing man who has little interest in propriety or respecting authority figures and would rather enjoy what life has to offer. Yet despite his crass nature, his skills at recognizing potential in young hopefuls is unmatched, as is his knowledge on how to make the most out of said talent.

New HRC-hunk! Ousmane here is not quite main character level, but he'll be a pretty important, recurring supporting character in many future stories so here he comes to make his debut!
