pokedex # ???? Replicott the stem cell pokemon

replicott is the evolved form of ditto, upon evolution its dna changes, it becomes much clearer almost like colored glass, it also takes on new types dependent on the local environment at the time of evolution.
other interesting abilities include that any attack it makes of the new types it takes on are given a boost in power no matter whether they are healing or damage causing thanks to one of its abilities, and also if this pokemon is in its true form a sample of the goo that makes up its body can be poured into a wound to cause quick healing, even regenerating lost limbs or organs if enough of the fluid is used

ability: type lock: the pokemon with this ability does not change its type even when using transform or other type change causing moves, also any attack this pokemon makes will be bosted if it matches this pokemons type

other possible ability: enviroduplicate: this pokemon will always take on types based on the surrounding environment even if it uses transform or other type changing moves, also any attack used by this pokemon is boosted if it matches the current type of this pokemon.

ok sorry i dont have a move list for you and i know my drawing skills suck but i wanted to make my own pokemon and this is an evolved form of ditto.
finally a version of ditto that will be strong enough stat wise to be useful for more than just breeding stock, and the new abilities make for great advancements in battle strategy not to mention the fact that one can harvest small amounts of the stem cells from multiples of this species and humanely produce mass quantities without killing a fetus.

im sure peta would have a problem with that though.
