Tale sighed happily as he crossed his legs and put his hands in his pockets. The snow fell around him like the smallest balls of cotton, and he couldn't help but flick one of his ears as the cool air tussled his hair. This was his season, when the world slowed around him, and the air turned crisp, and he could truly relax.

He smiled, and nuzzled the plush purple scarf around his neck. A thin layer of snow obscured the grass everywhere he looked, and it lay upon the trees as well. Silence thundered around him. The world was made new again, fresh and ready to be explored...
