Canon Stuff is Canon Deal with it :V
In the winter Drayk tends to put on a few pounds which tends to accentuate him with a slight curvature, mostly due in part to the odd hormonal shifts in his body and the effects it can have with his metabolism.
However summertime is a great time for Shurians, Drayk in particular as he sheds a bit of his chilly seasonal weight and slims down to fit into his other sets of pants which portrays a more masculine figure for him.
Something he likes showing off of course. Especially at the beach where he can hang with the guys and check out the beach girls w/o having to worry about popping a bulge in his speedo like the other dudes.
Drayks mother/sister Zaryn however enjoys the changes in the seasons as it gives her plenty of occasions to joke with him about when they'll be able to share pants since Drayks colder seasonal figure almost compares with Zaryn's feminine figure.

The idea of a cuntboy always intrigued me. The mixing of hormones, the bio-chemical balance, the question of pregnancy, when you blend genders the attributes usually paired with either one are blended as well, and it's an interesting discussion on what results. Right now it's just fantasy, but in the future I guarantee we will have Bioshockian Adam-like transformation possible.
