There Kyubi is the 8th, dispite being bound frequently, tickle torture and made to rub his kangaroo feet (which she love to do). She love being there do that she like being surrounded by other female pets (including humans) and have a handsome roo like caroo to be around and taking care of him.
Kyubi's kimono design in that pic is meant for bondage and binding from her female loving kangaroo as he hold her as his own pet but she's happy to be in such place and to live in.
