A little doodle. Started in bed last night. Finished in bed mid day today.

I appear to have caught an illness in addition to coping with my colitis related fatigue and arthritis so that’s great. Now I’m tired, weak, in pain, have a headache AND I’m coughing. I love it here.

All things considered I don’t feel horrible emotionally. Just very tired. Been sleeping horribly waking up in discomfort through the night. I’ve been doing short low impact exercise In the mornings(before the exhaustion takes over) and that seems to be helping somewhat. Resting otherwise this weekend is probably also helping. And making sure if there is anything I have to do or art progress I want to make I do it early before I get tired. I have no idea what I’m going to do about my day job. Getting through work last week felt nigh impossible. Explaining the relationship of colitis and arthritis/fatigue to people has gotten a bit tiring. I am becoming an armchair IBD educator at this point. Okay, complaining over. More resting time now.
