This is just a quickie bit of noodling around with Hero Forge. The only taur base they have is the classic horse hoof type, but if you use the new Lion species and click the Centaur legs option, you can wind up with this.

I've been playing around with models on that site as well, seems you need to be subscribed though to take the better screenshots?
It's incredibly fun though, made a couple poses of some old characters I designed for an RPG video game idea about 2 decades ago, great to finally have some better visualisation for the two main characters as they might have appeared in the game. :3
