Here we have The Blind Seer offering a prayer. For what, that's left to be seen. I imagine trying to actually listen to what she's saying would drive someone mad. Words spoken that have no meaning, and yet, mean everything all at once. For the regular mortal, the sheer chaos of trying to comprehend something that shouldn't be is... well, mind-breaking.
Truly though, she doesn't mean any harm. She never does.
