Free-handed the sky after looking at some photos on Google for reference.
The plan is (eventually) to get at least four different versions of the Weyr bowl done, one for each season, but with deadlines looming I didn't really feel up to trying my hand at cliffs and trees and shit. Sky was hard enough. (The aim with the image was that it had to work as a splash down to 800x600 resolution and up to some of the bigger OMGWTF single-monitor resolutions out there.)
Pern is all Anne McCaffrey, etc etc.
