People liked the last set of phione pokemon fusions, so here's some more. c: I've always had a weird fondness for phione in part because even the pokemon company isn't really sure if it's a regular, legendary or mythical pokemon and have changed their stance on it multiple times. What do you consider phione to be? Maybe you can see if your local pokemon group categorizes phione as!
