I wanted to practice perspectives, since my pictures generally look really flat. I admire artists who can add dimensions and depth to their illustrations.

It looks great proportion-wise and perspective-wise with the characters, but the scenery seems flat. Their paws aren't being stopped on individual steps or are slanted by them, so it looks like the stairs are flat. This is evident with the guy falling grabbing two places, but still not slanted due to it. You only really need to work on the scenery-character interactions.

This reminds me of the stairway at the end of King's Quest II. That stairway was annoying, I kept falling.
