Still mostly doing sketches on paper, using mechanical pencils. And, as you can see, photographing with my iPod instead of a proper scanner.

And as it's Parade Balloon Week, well, who doesn't want to spend time being large and happy about it? This is all quite inspired by several of  TheBigPoolCat's recent commissions, like https://www.furaffinity.net/view/54494155/ and https://www.furaffinity.net/view/54460605/ but nowhere near as finished.

I think the head shape's a level or two better than I usually manage on these. And look, I can do stuff to suggest an inflatable shape without relying on a lot of highlights and shading and reflection effects!
