I did a lot of the prep work for this yesterday, but either way it still took a while to make this either way. ^^;

If I don't end up doing a "traditional" thanksgiving, I usually tend to make lasagna anymore. Which, this is the most effort I've put into it. Considering I made pretty much all of it from scratch. Made my own ricotta cheese, mozzarella, red sauce, white sauce, pasta....I think that's it.

Then I made cinnamon rolls for desert. I put espresso powder in the dough and the icing is cream cheese, which I made as well, with powdered sugar and some bourbon in it.

Again, it was at least worth it in the end.
