Before here takeover and rescue from the the inglorious fate of being turned into a toothless barracks hulk or cut apart for the metals in her hull, the REPULSE was commissioned in the Imperial Air Navy, operating as a light recon carrier. As a member of the PANDORA CLASS, the Repulse and her sisters served the length of the Sepratist war, and those not lost were deemed surplus to needs, sold off and scrapped or converted as newer more powerful warships came into service with the Fleet. REPULSE was the ship that Aleutian Dex served on during the first half of the Separatist war with the Imperials until he was transfered to another squadron. Shortly after Dex defected.

Aleutian kept his original service patch after his defection, and returned it to his flight jacket after his seizure of the ship, rescuing his first vessel from a fate that had claimed so many proud vessels, regardless of faction or service.
