We're due for another pokemon adopt! Electivire's always been a pretty interesting pokemon design-wise, and it was fun playing with his markings. I feel like in the end this guy kinda wound up looking like a forgotten yet incredibly gay member of KISS?
[EDIT: Realized I had some layer information issues that made the shading and highlighting look off. Fixed that up now]
