Its not surprising at all that crime is rampant in San Francisco. Even armed thugs like Patrick and Bobby seem to be getting away with their criminal activities.
So when San Francisco fails to do anything about it; its up to yet another masked crime-fighting vigilante heed the call and take on the crooks all by their lonesome.

And Midnight Fox using his combat prowess and agility really does come in handy when taking on thugs pointblank who are not only armed with pistols; but also shotguns and sub-machine guns! Bobby is even packing a few grenades it seems. And Midnight Fox is punching them square in the face!! So that takes serious guts and nerves of steel!! I guess the city of San Francisco can sleep a little easier tonight...but crime is never far away in the big cities.
Just ask any superhero fighting crime in New York City!! :P
