Hee-Ho, howdy everyone. Today I bring you an illustration of "Fat Cartoon Dragon Thomza" and Freya building a "house" together.
With me not stressing about daily uploads, I actually have time to work on pieces of artwork that have been rotting away in my files for weeks. So probably do expect to see way larger pieces of art down the line and if I go silent for a few days lmfao. I'm trying to figure out how to pace myself a bit better. Resolution might be a bit wonky as I wasn't thinking about it when making the piece. So, it's uh, pretty big lmfao
Anyways this was just me showing how high fantasy the setting is again. With weird looking fantasy houses that have a lot of verticality. I don't usually detail the homes in the backgrounds in my art pieces too-too much, but it is fun to do every now and then. I have to try and balance it between being too detailed and not detailed enough to start taking away from the actual piece. Some kind of balancing act I suppose lmfao.
Also no, despite a few of my friends saying the house was inspired by Terraria it was not lmfao. (It also wasn't inspired by Minecraft either.)
Other than that? I don't got much else to say! Have a nice day everyone!

I want to point out that this is an Epic Dark Fantasy setting with a lot of mythological and religious tones and that there is no real-life connection to any of these events, religions, characters and it is fully, grounded, in fantasy. There is no copyright infringement also intended to other forms of media as Skin to Scales is meant to be its own thing and something I've been working on for a very long time. This is the same setting where faith is a massive part of the magic system, and it is usually meant to have a very bright and colorful art style to help balance the tone.
