Kira's ref was kind of a rush job I tossed together in less than 24 hours in order to get a commission. This is an updated version with two more outfits and poses. I also updated her facial marking to be a bit more defined instead of a bunch of lazily tossed on spots. Lastly I adopted some of the accessories we ended up adding to her in the commission and just making them official.

So she doesn't know she's part cheetah, interesting, and sounds like she has been given a second chance with a shot at university. Was the pendant given to her or left with her when she was abandoned?
Also jeans and hoodie is a good look for her! Personally I can never get the hood to sit right on those things...

I feel like she suspects something is up with her colorations, but is not quite sure what. Various gods do exist in this world and have made direct contact with mortals from time to time. Plus she did come from a rather religious background, so the explanation given to her does make sense and their may or may not be a kernel of truth in that statement. ;)
I don't actually have a good explanation for the pendant yet. I'll have to think more on it. Really it was just added onto the commission I got (along with the anklet) to make the piece more visually interesting and I liked the look of them, so I decided to add them to her officially. It coming with her as a baby does create a good plot hook and leads to some interesting storytelling mysteries. I'll just have to make sure whatever I come up with makes sense and has a proper payoff.

Hopefully there'll be something new soon, but I am in the process of basically reediting everything and filling in all of the gaps into kind of a 2.0 version so I am no longer writing everything out of order and with hopefully a lot less repeating exposition since I kept feeling like I was killing myself doing that.
I might just write out another story in one of my other universes if this whole process ends up taking too long.
