When I wandered through Pinterest on the search for inspiration yesterday, I saw an old photo I liked and digged deeper into out of curiosity.
I learned that in the 1920's in Berlin, there was a woman with the name Anita Berber that had some scandals surrounding her and her performances and dances. She got together with Sebastian Droste and at some point in their short lives, they took this picture wich I found quite pretty.
And knowing the backgrounds of the persons, well, I think that makes my drawing more intense. We don't have a drug addiction or anything, but it gives it even more ..of the right vibes if I may say so in a lack of better words to descrivbe it.
Yeah, let's say I just like the overall vibe and the Ringmaster, my OC (the feline) loves to dance and there are some other connections wich make this sketch not completely unrelated to the original.
