Okay, I blame Final Fantasy XVI for this one. Not that I've actually played the game itself, it just looks awesome. And I do like summoning mosnters for fights and the like. This is also inspired pretty heavily by Final Fantasy VII's WEAPONs, which are basically giant monsters meant to protect the planet.

It was originally meant to be specifically as a form of Final Fantasy fan art, but also fits into it's own setting when combined with elements of settings like Oddworld and Bionicle of all things.

The result is a WEAPON that looks like an armored Knight, specifically Omega Weapon, the main protagonist of it's series. In it's Final Fantasy-themed form, it is a weapon meant to fight summons. However, in it's own setting, Omega used to be a simple slave working in a factory... until he came across his people's old ruins and obtained the power of the world's defences, specifically, taking up the form of Omega Weapon. Omega can utalise electrical attacks to destroy his targets alongside a large sword.

This proved both tricky and easy at the same time, as I had a very good idea of what I wanted Omega to look like at the start, but I couldn't initally get it down on paper for a while. I'm happy with the result though!
