Meet Vikenty.

Vikenty is an ex-Soviet Chief of Military Staff.


He is also a Flareon.


Vikenty had been a faithful member of the Soviet Union for years, working his way up the command food chain. He had held his title for a good 6 years before an altercation with Admiral of the Fleet caused him to be honorably discharged from the military in 1990.

Of course, being a fluffy, fire-breathing, high-ranking official in the USSR has it's benefits. With a little behind-the-curtains political magic, Vikenty left the military - but not before taking a small chunk of it's forces for his own personal use.

Originally, Vikenty planned to build up his forces and unleash a massive "vengeance strike" on Russia. However, the USSR disbanded a year after his discharge, leaving him with nobody to attack. (His beef was with the Soviets, not the Russian Federation) Vikenty continues to build up his forces regardless, as he has his eyes set on a new target - America.
