Wrapping up 'The Ghost Of Inktober' with a bunch of old art nouveau pictures my Lemurian Moon Goddess Gana.

'Tanka' s (thang,ka) are Tibetan painting of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, etc. The staff/wand she is holding is a traditional design for a 'vajra' - a diamond thunderbolt wand.

The base of this picture is an unfinished inking from '79 - i knew i didn't have the skill to finish it as precise and clean as i wanted, so i set it aside. In '16 i lengthened the dress and added a curve to the top frame. And i do hope to actually get this finished in a year or two, be it as a trad or digital pic.
