I understand and I'm glad to hear intent plays a factor in the game now. Once upon a time most necromancy spells where just evil by default according to the rules.
Like it didn't matter if your where raising a dead horse to carry a wounded comrade to safety, the rules said create undead was an evil spell. Regardless of intent.
I've never been a fan of strictly adhering to alignment language. Like all Paladins have to lawful good, it's just very bland and limiting for no real reason.
