A long time ago, when I was new to the fandom, I was given a copy of a vector program to use to help create my earliest artwork. The program, Serif Drawplus 7.0 helped me to get into the fandom and help me create the pieces that gradually helped me to develop the art style that I have today, before I moved onto raster illustrations with programs like GIMP, Sketchbook Pro and yes, even the dreaded Photoshop. While I enjoyed the freedom to create with brush strokes and use fancy colouring with airbrushes and mode blends, I gradually came to miss playing around with vectors. After learning of the programs Affinity Designer and Photo (both interestingly enough also owned by Serif) I decided to revisit vectors again, and it seemed appropriate to start off with the pal who helped get my art started in the first place with his dino self with a slightly new look based on a picture he got as a birthday present this year. I was also blown away at the amazing vector works from this illustrator who also used this program and wanted to attempt to create similar shading styles;
