My idea was that it's a youth-restoring drink for women. It takes a decade or so off, changes species, enhances feminine traits and changes the drinker's clothing to whatever's fashionable for them these days. Apart from the species change, I could see it being popular.

Ahhh, makes sense then, just not the kind of thing for kids to drink... how long does it last and how does it affect the user's clothing? That certainly implies a magical nature...

Since it's not supposed to be a drastic change, I'd say forever. It's not meant for boys though, so it might wear off for him. Sure, it's magic.

Ouch... well surely someone could age past that point it reverts them too naturally...

But you never know, the TG part could stick, but the AR part wear off...
