Santiago Luís Muñoz Hill is a Mexican-American wolf who has the ability to take on various aspects of draconic physiology and possesses various draconic powers. His abilities include but are not limited to flight via wing manifestation, fire breath, enhanced physical and mental capabilities, longevity, enhanced durability through scale manifestation, shapeshifting, thermal resistance and extrasensory perception. Santiago is 45 years old, however due to decelerated aging appears as if he is in his late 20s/early 30s. He ages approximately 1.5 times more slowly than the average person.
Being half American and half Mexican, Santiago is fluent in both English and Spanish. He has also been the victim of discrimination due to both his mixed heritage and unusual appearance. For much of his early life, Santiago was not able to fully control his shapeshifting abilities and has at times inadvertently caused confusion and panic within and occasional damage to his surroundings through accidental transformation. This led to him becoming feared, alienated and even hated by much of wider society. He has since gained greater control of his abilities and strives to use them for good. He goes by the pseudonym Ryukami which is a portmanteau of the Japanese words ryū and ōkami, meaning "dragon" and "wolf" respectfully. His attribute is called 'Growth' in English and 'Crecimiento' in Spanish, alluding to how it grants him enhanced physical and mental capabilities.
