Noah's ark keeps going now that the battle against Salacia is over and it eventually turns to night time, so it's time for Themis, Uranus, Gaia and Mackenzie to sleep. It wouldn't add anything of value to the story to also tell whenever they eat something along this journey though. Of course, legendary Pokémon, angels and the souls of living planets wouldn't neccessarily need to eat or sleep, but there is something enjoyable about it after all and getting that sleep still feels refreshing even to those who don't need it to function normally.
Also at night and via the internet, Naughty the Demon Espeon uncovers a place called Pecado Town, reading up on it and commenting on what she is finding: "A town where literally every inhabitant became a criminal of some kind... Well, that's obviously very unusual. A town of sinners, as it's described here... Hmm... That word choice... is interesting. Makes me wonder if... it potentially has some correlation with how Lucy is neither in Hell, nor in Heaven or the soul plane. So maybe... maybe whatever is causing the town to be like this is also related to Lucy seemingly being... truly dead by being absolutely nowhere now. After all, both things relate to not just the concepts of good and evil but specifically flawed depictions of what good and evil are respectively. Hell, I would know, that not every criminal is evil, with some that could even be argued to not be bad guys at all. That's like kind of a point in that Robin Hood story, isn't it?" Since Spirit and Naughty agreed on getting somewhere to be distracted, Naughty decides not to tell her how this place may relate to the situation with Lucy yet and only tells her angelic girlfriend about the weirdly high crimerate in that town for them to look into, to "be distracted". Understanding that something can't be right with that town and agreeing on trying to solve that being a potentially good distraction, Spirit the Angel Espeon ends up agreeing with Naughty on this decision.
It's the next day, so once they reach the small island with the portal leading to the next Layer, the group of four say goodbye to Noah and continue their journey by getting onto that island and through the portal, with Mackenzie having decided to stick with them. She got nothing better to do right now anyway after all.
"Where... Where is Mew?...", Arceus finally notices his son's absence, wondering where Mew went, and after asking some angels, something else ends up coming to his attention too: "One of the guards of Elysium's gates started... a whole journey through Heaven's eleven Layers, because the daughter couldn't find her deceased girlfriend in any afterlife?" "Why... Why are you repeating exactly what I said?", the angel questions that, before Arceus continues to say: "My beloved Opis... ended up in the soul plane, even though by the rules I set up, she should have gone to Heaven... And now you're telling me how the deceased girlfriend of Themis apparently wasn't to be found there either? There must be some kind of correlation... Who was the girlfriend of Themis anyway?" "Oh, some half demon named Lucy." "Lucy??", Arceus clearly recognizes that name, "Daughter of Naughty the Demon Espeon... The fact that specifically Lucy appears to not have gone to any afterlife is mightily suspicious." "I mean, yeah, that much is obvious.", the angel remarks, "That's why Themis and the city guard went on that journey to begin with, from what I've heard, they also realized that... something wasn't right. Wait... didn't you also mention not finding your son Mew?" "That is another thing that concerns me, yes...", the Mythical Pokémon admits, "What the Heaven is going on?"
Meanwhile Mew finds himself locked in some room, with the Angel Spidops named Khamuel now communicating with the ancestor of all Pokémon through a screen, Khamuel admitting "As you could probably have figured out by now... I'm working for Puruel. You know how high his status in Heaven is, so... you know we'll get away with this, hehe." Mew responds with an attempt to get out: "Look, locking someone in a room isn't very nice. Let's all be kind now. Let me go and we can talk, I'm sure we can find a solution that appeases everyone if we just try. I don't mean any harm to you and I'm sure you don't mean any harm to me either.", but with Mew's overly kind behavior, that ain't working. So Mew instead then asks Khamuel: "Oh well... since I'm gonna be stuck in here and only got you to talk to, would you like to see a magic trick? I can turn water into wine." Though the spider-like Bug Type Pokémon points out: "Unfortunately, for you at least, this room is built in a way that even you with the miracles you can perform can't escape. There is no way to trick your way out of this scenario, Mew... By starting to catch onto Puruel's control over Heaven, you've become a thorn in our eye. And with that... things will not end well for you or your father, as we're not just gonna give up the system Puruel has established for Heaven, hehehe..." "Aww, no magic tricks?...", Mew is disappointed.

The group consisting of Themis, Uranus, Gaia and Mackenzie enter the fifth Layer of Heaven called Wisdom, which is a futuristic looking place, since it would take some pretty smart people to get technology to such a "level", pun intended. Seeing this place makes Themis immediately think of another Skillet song, specifically "Come on to the future":
(Skillet's "Come on to the future": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sl2z5-f6LSk)
Come on, come on, come on to the future.
Come all, come all the way.
Come on, come on, come on to the future.
The future is arranged."
An Angel Crocalor soon approaches them, starting to talk to them: "The father and daughter duo who started their journey through Heaven's Layers... I've heard of you." Mackenzie the Mesprit points out: "We're literally four people by now, I don't think we can be called a duo.", with the Fire Type Pokémon then continuing: "I haven't heard of your names though. Would you mind introducing yourselves to me? Uh, no need for you to do so, Mesprit, of course." "You can still call me Mackenzie now.", the bringer of emotion lets him know before Gaia, Uranus and Themis also properly introduce themselves to this guy. However, when hearing Uranus's name, he shows amusement, which Uranus still does not approve of. Anyway, seems like someone trying to travel through all of Heaven's Layers is´ something noteworthy enough to be talked about to the degree of the information spreading, with the Angel Crocalor now assuring them: "I don't know if you couldn't tell already, but I'm actually an ally to you. I feel like you guys might be able to do something about the... you know, the unethical treatment of demons in Heaven. Whatever you're gonna find out and do on your journey, I think it has great potential to make the very much needed difference. However... I'm worrying for my own life since Puruel made angels capable of dying normally as a result of you going on this journey... so forgive me that I'd rather stay safe and only help you by giving you... just enough information to keep going by yourselves."
"Sounds fair.", Themis acknowledges, "So what can you tell us, hottie? ... You know, because you're a Fire Type." "Uh...", the Angel Crocalor is first caught off-guard by being called a hottie, whether it was literal or not, but then he does let them know some valuable information: "Alright, so... to progress, your team has to collect four Angel Beldum." The angelic Fire Croc Pokémon even gives them a map of this particular Layer, explaining to them: "On this map, I marked where each of those four Angel Beldum should be for you to find. For the sake of my own safety and wellbeing, I will not answer any following questions though..." "Thanks anyway!", Themis tells him, with Uranus the Angel Zoroark also letting him know: "You're helpful, that alone is worth something already. Stay safe, okay?" "Don't get killed.", the Angel Crocalor returns the safety wishes to them. So now the group just has to follow his recommendation without even knowing how that's ultimately gonna help them.
