These are character designs of two Oliver and Company OCs of his - Dodger and Rita's son and Tito and Georgette's daughter 🐕🐩
He is still working on names for them. but as I said, they are Dodger and Rita's son and Tito and Georgette's daughter. The pair were adopted by an upper class family. Dodger and Rita's son is cool and collected like his parents, while Georgette and Tito's daughter is very fiery.
