Jolly did an Apsara a few years ago set in a Fallout universe expy, entitled, "The Buxom Wanderer" involving a female vault dweller being exposed to FEV during her exploration of an underground bunker and turning into a big, green and buff cat-girl (a Super Meowtant). So, you would be right. :D

A human loses all secondary sexual characteristics in their transformation into a Super Mutant on top of being rendered sterile. So there's no distinction between a female and a male super mutant. For example, you have Lily Bowen, the super mutant companion you can recruit in Fallout: New Vegas. Visually and vocally, she looks male, but she identifies as a woman, and she remembers being an elderly grandmother living in Vault 17 before she and her family were captured and dipped by the Master's forces in 2153. This also applies to Tabitha, the super mutant leader of "The State of Utobitha" who sounds and looks identical to male super mutants, save that she wears an impressive wig (and yes, while both these characters are crazy, Josh Sawyer confirmed they were both female at birth).
Half of all the super mutants you see ARE female. That's just what FEV does to a human who has little radiation in their system.
After a couple decades or so, most super mutants just stop caring and start going by "he".
In the first Fallout, you meet a group of them that go by the names Harry, Gary, Larry, Barry, and Sally.

Leaving the funny aside, I must add that not only that's a good high angle, a nice side front view and a nice pose on Chloe's part, but she also looks sexy and cool in that VaultTec suit, as well as (very) cute and (very) gorgeous; good work by the way. <3
