Typically for the boss battles in this game, I've made my version of an anthro of the actual boss. However, with the Plague Fiend, I decided to do something different since it would have been a slime character. I actually dislike slime-based characters and enjoy drawing them even less so I decided to make this one a normal anthro with a cute version of the boss as a pet.
