A [scenic???] screenshot taken from my Unreal Engine 5 project, cropped for purpose of my Furaffinity profile banner.
I figured it was about time I show a wimpy little glimpse at what I've been working on, at least in context of decorating my profile here. Seems like everybody has some fantastic traditional art on their page now, but I just can't get my brain to do that kinda stuff anymore.
Project "Rzrc" as I call it has been the placeholder title for my game. But it's been so long in solo development that I actually forgot what "rzrc" was an acronym for. "recon zero something something", I think.
Obviously this is 2000% a work in progress and absolutely no representation of any final product. As a matter of fact, this screenshot is from my private developer testing level that will never be seen by players unless they find some dumb way to hack the game's files or something. So basically, if this is my art, then this is a messy photo of my personal canvas.

BEFORE ANYONE THROWS A HISSY FIT: Yes, those are asset flips. Including the iconic "Liv SpecOps Wolf" by artist Leosaurus Rex. As the models are community property sold for open use on the Epic Games Unreal Engine Marketplace, my current plan is to take a few good looking character models and EDIT THEM IN BLENDER TO THE POINT OF COMPLETE TRANSFORITIVE GOODNESS. Why??????????????? Because I SUCK at modeling from scratch, and would rather find assets that match 1 half of my vision to start with and polish things up instead. Really, it's the same results I'd get if I hired some scammer on Fiverr to model my characters very inaccurately for a jacked up price. But instead I'm able to get things polished myself, and plan my own budget accordingly. And to top it all off, all marketplaces and artists I'm buying from have been written down on a list, so they can all be cited in the game's final end credits. (If you hecking dare post some brainless comment accusing me of stealing art, I will laugh like a cartoon villain at the fact that you so obviously did not bother to read this information LOL)
I don't know if anyone cares about much 3d or game stuff on this site. If I end up with anything more furry such as an updated wolf model, I will share it here I guess. But until then heck knows whenever you'll hear about my hard work next.
