This was an alfredo chicken I made with a homemade alfredo sauce and the butter on the garlic bread is homemade too.
Alfredo Sauce:
Heavy cream 1 1/2 cups
Garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
Butter 1/2 cup
Shredded Parmesan (don't use the powdered stuff, it won't melt as well or thicken the sauce)
Now, start with melting your on a low heat. After it's melted you'll slowly add in your heavy cream mixing your butter and cream. Add your spices next and then you'll add your parmesan you'll notice your sauce will begin to thicken. Lastly, serve your alfredo with fettuccini or any pasta of your choice really.
The chicken, I cut up some chicken breasts I bought from my local grocery store. I toasted the chicken pieces in a bowl poured olive oil on it, and sprinkled some garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil for seasonings. Of course, I cooked the chicken before putting it in my sauce.
As for the garlic butter, I just melted some butter in a saucepan while I toasted my bread in the oven. For the butter sauce, I added some minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and oregano. I used French bread and preheated the oven. I set it for 10 minutes but kept a close eye on it.
