You met him in a tavern on the edge of the galaxy. Wisp filled his pockets full of bright stars and was looking out for who else he could buy a couple from. In fact, he usually gets it for himself, traveling to various corners of the universe. But sometimes it’s not a shame to replenish the collection even from outbids... In the end, the main thing is that the realy rare stars go to Wisp.
Also, fun fact - Wisp hides stars in his tail, and when he doesn't like someone's company, he angrily shakes his tail, crackling like a rattlesnake.
