This is my secret Santa gift for mspheonix on dA! :la:
I can see Albert thinking of Hilda on a snowy night, I'm sure he remembers it fondly, without brooding all the time. So, I chose to show this. I admire his spirit for continuing wanting to live, to hope, and to help, but he deserves time to reflect and me content too.
This also gave me an excuse to play with watercolors, something I want to do from time to time. It felt right for this work. <3
