I am an uber proud Photo Tech from Wallblues, and I know how to repair torn, water damaged photos digitally, and replace an entire piece of someone's face from a rip or tear.

I know quite a bit to fix this, but it will only be 99% good, I'm working on a custom homebrew photo fixer program of my own, to finish off the repairs I do in Paint Shop Pro with some custom image tweaks that still need writing into code.
