I'm opening emergency slots that will help me pay a huge debt that I cannot delay anymore to pay and I really need help.

At the middle of this year I had an accident and broke my feet. I stayed 1 month on the hospital cuz I couldn't operate until the outside wound healed and I after the surgery I spent another month that I couldn't stay sit for more than 1 hour. I already had a lot of work to do, and now that I have already a huge queue and I am hating to make people wait I honestly don't know what else to do but to ask for help. I am very ashamed and overwhelmed, I don't want to make people wait more and I really really need help.
I'm getting back on track but if I don't rush the already delayed commissions I'll keep getting into a snowball effect.
