Its been AGES since I've uploaded anything, I've been rearranging my house, and because I'm, well, me, that means I can't find half my tools. I'm working on more interesting stuff, but I liked the way this photo looked so I'm uploading it. Its an ashtray etched with a simple paw motif.

If you look closely you can see shadows inside the paws. In person they actually appear silvery (damn camera flashes making them look white!). This effect is achieved by cutting deep into the underside of the glass, so that the inside remains smooth and highlights the etching itself.
