Despite having a dragon as my online persona for the past ... geez.. 15 years or so, I've only gotten into the whole commission-con-badge thing in the last 3 or 4 years.

For those first 2 years, I had hideous (or hilarious, in retrospect) luck with commissions -- commissionees taking my request and then disappearing from the con, telling me a pickup time and reselling my commission before that time because they got bored waiting for me, laughing at my minimalist character description -- I was really discouraged.

But I persevered. :) Case in point, this great badge by  Lastres0rt.

... I have no idea where I was going with all that. But it's a great badge, nonetheless.
