Commission for Dani Walker, of herself (gryphon) and her soon-to-be husband (horned canine)! This one I decided to do in acrylics because I have a lot of freedom with the medium. I think it turned out fantastically, I'm pretty pleased. Coloured pencil touch ups make a big difference too, I think. Though, this picture taught me I need to work on textures other than fur, feathers and grass (the rocky cliff). Need more people to commission me for gryphons and birds! The gryphon is a combination of a Red Tailed Hawk and a Somali Cat, and her canine guy is a wolf with ram horns and Cape Hunting Dog markings.

edit] Huskie noticed it looked a little bit much on the green side, so I did a bit of hue adjustment to warm it up and make it look more accurate to the original. =3

It's funny- I have set of acrylics...
and I hate them. They remind me of glorified poster paints.
Then, artists such as yourself churn out pieces like this. In Acrylic. And I facepaw, because hell. I can't do this :(
I just don't ever see how you, or Kacey Miyagami for example, can make such amazing pieces... in -acrylic-. >_>
It's gorgeous, as always, :3

Very beautiful! I'm loving the perspective on both figures; I would have liked it if the canines long fur was blown or rippled or otherwise in movement (it would definitely complete the illusion of levitation).
Also, I think your images will jump by leaps and bounds if you get rid of those dark outlines (this holds especially true with paint, since one has so much control and 'do-over' ability [it seems that many times the ink borders are a crutch especially with dry media])
Again, really nice!
